- I don't get the flu shots anymore and the reason is this: A while ago when I was working everyone got the flu shot but I somehow missed getting mine. - I don't think that staying away from high fat foods is the correct or healthy thing to do. You don't have to eat high fat foods every day but you do need good fats and enough of them-if you don't eat enough good fat your body will manufacture bad fat on it's own.

- I have always believed that a moderate dessert actually helped digest the heavy dry foods we just ate. It seemed to me that when I ate dessert I was better off than when I would skip it.
